I must say, I have purchased the CLS Airbus A340, Majestic Q400 and they do not compare with flying the PMDG Boeing aircraft. CLS still has a lot of work to catch up with PMDG. The Majestic Q400 is great to fly especially when taking off and the aircraft is sluggish like the real one feels during takeoff until it reaches its performance speeds etc. The fmc reqiures a little getting use too after flying boeings where most of the data is automatically calculated. I think once the FMC becomes fully functional then perhapes I may change my view.
But on my ratings, PMDG BOEING 747FSX, 737-800NGX = 10, MA. MAJESTIC Q400 = 8, CLS A340 = 3
Have a nice day :-)

Pretty much nailed it ... CLS delete and replace with Captain Sim for the older Classics , can't put anything to the Magestic , 300 look well outta date .. 400 tho now appears to scratch the surface .

Many people including Dash pilots share your opinion about the Universal FMS system. It's certainly very basic compared to the Honeywell/similar FMS you see in modern Boeings and Airbus aircraft. As I understand, most companies (ie Qlink) have a far more detailed training package for it than you find with the Boeing/Airbus FMS systems.
