Starting with and adding a 757 , with only the 767 and 777WIP and for the real pilots the 707-727-737 without FMCs .. Captain Sim cool.gif

Definitely the iFLY 737 series. You get all the variants and great support.

737 NG wise as SP says the iFly is very well regarded, just ask Alister smile.gif
Re the 737 classics (300-500 series) you should take a look at the Wilco, gets some bad press but I've been running it for years in both FS9 and FSX and love it.
757 - check out the QualityWings model, I own it and love to fly it, not the systems depth of a PMDG but good value otherwise.
767 - definately go for the LDS, its a beauty even tho its also showing its age now.

For my 2 cents worth,
737NG - iFly, have had no problems at all and I found it a little more user friendly thna the PMDG.
737-300-500 - Wilco, I too have been using it for some time and find it a good model and had no probs.
737-200 - I dont believe you can go pass the Captain Sim model, just a delight to fly even though no FMC.
757 - have gone with the Quality Wings, found the CS model hit my frame rates too much.
767 - Only have the CS model and it seems just dandy.

Good choices. You'll find the QW 757 very simplistic compared with the ifly, but still a nice plane. Has some bugs still, but I've just learnt to live around them. FPS on my computer in the ifly fsx is not great (fine away from KLAX, EGLL, KSEA etc) but so I do prefer it on FS2004.
But still very nice plane, hope you'll enjoy it smile.gif
