For those that may be interested, after watching this vid I decided it was time to get some real sounds in my PC-6, well as close as I could.
Tis work in progress but so far I am happy with the closeness.

Hey James, the sound files are synthesized. Just the turbine whine alone has 5 files in it.

I should really say that the sound set is for the P&W PT6 engine with constant speed prop in a no thrills non sound dampened air frame like the PC6 or the Quest Kodiak, not for the aircraft specifically stated in topic.
Don't look like there is much interest in it anyways so it will just probably be a plod along exercise in creating synthetic sounds.

Hey Pete, sounding good so far. Keep at it mate as there's lots of turbo-prop fans about the place and a nicely done freeware option would always be welcome.
I recently bought the Engine Sound Creations PT6 sound-set, have been using it with the Carenado C208 and other machines lately, sounds a little more gritty and winey than stock, I like it, the soundtrack following might be useful to compare to...
