For those that have the Tecnam (and there are a few here), the latest version 1.2 is now available from where you bought it. Includes a revised GPS and autopilot...and engine damage modelling

Does anyone know about how the flight model compares to the real thing? The demo i've downloaded feels good but i thought it would be more like a Piper Sport/Czech Sportcrusier.

Never flown a real Tecnam but a member here who owns a Tecnam was on the Beta team for Ant's Tecnam so I guess it flys near enough to the real one. I do know from reading the reports that the Tecnam has a crisp aileron response and that is reflected in the model

MMMM love the new prop animations. It does have that polished feel to it now.

As the owner of a Sierra and beta tester for Ant's model I can vouch that it flies pretty much like the real thing.
It's extremely light on the controls and an absolute joy to fly ... in Italy where it's made it's certified to do aerobatics but not in this part of the world unfortunately!
About the only thing that's not modelled perfectly on Ant's machine is the torque on take-off .. the real thing requires a lot of right rudder to keep it straight.
Anyone who wants a ride in NPS is most welcome to contact me in Auckland.
A modest donation for petrol is all that I would ask.

Very generous of you Frank cool.gif If i was an Aucklandnite tanks would be full! , you may have picked up on the .. well across the forum board that i,m not a GA man but due to the amount off little field across Oz Anthony has done , and many large ones plus his Moth i had to buy it just to join some off our Aussie counterparts in their multi play sessions .
