Hi everybody

Does anyone know where you can get an air new zealand repaint of the FFS Saab 340 or does anyone still have it - I have the aircraft but not the repaint

I know the company who manufacturers the Saab is closed down

You don't mention *which* company you're after

There are a few freeware ones out there. Try this search on NZFsim.

Some for Mike Stone's 340, one for Chris's (FSpainter).

Aaah ... right (thanks) ... anyone able to compare that one with the freeware offerings? I quite like those turbos ....

Adam, I also like the 340 especially as it has a kiwi (and current Aussie with Rex) connection and have had various freebie models in FS9, and actually tried to buy the FFS model at one point... but sadly noone retails it any longer now that FFS is out of business. Do let me know if you find anyone selling it though.

Paul Middleton reviewed it some time ago for avsim and gave it a pretty flat review really, have a read of this:

As a note, in case you hadnt noticed it, PAD released an FSX 340 model which has a nice model, and an ok panel, cant complain for a freebie though:
