70,000lb's of thrust, tops out at 65,000ft, Mach2.2, combat radius 800-900 miles........$16usd (download)

The screen shot is a result of me playing around with saturation/gamma/offset stuff....i think it works, theres not much colour on the aircraft anyway.

I always thought this thing looked The Business, compared to that comical cartoon plane that became the F-22.
I tried my best to convince FSD to make this in FS9 too, but they have deserted that sim I think.
Still, there will be an old one somewhere...

Some archival shots of the real thing here

Northrop , not sure why they seem to loose contracts , the F-20 Tigershark would have been a goody also but canceled , this company always ahead in many ways but let down others , guess it politics against brains , sorta what happens in New Zealand angry.gif

The link seemed to be kaput, but I went rummaging through the HDD and sure enough, there it was!
A brilliant panel and MFD from the likes of Marciano...two versions, black and grey

The F-22 is a porky feller in comparison to the Widow, but if you think about it, if you are one of the eight aircraft it is guaranteed to shoot down, looks won't count...

The YF-23 certainly looks futuristic..and it had stealth, more so than the YF-22 I believe, whilst the F-22 has greater agility.
