Hi Guys.

This is my first post so hopefully ive got this in the right place

Im currently trying to make "semi" retro AI flightplans from the 90s. Does anyone know where i could find any AI aircraft and paints for the air nz link planes in the old NZ sceme.

Need Metro, Saab, and Bandits.

Have seen some in screneshots but have searched almost every where and have found some models but havent been able to find any NZ paints.

Maybe there are some nice painters out there :-)

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Matt

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

Matt , you running FS9 or FSX , many files done a few years back covering the retro scene , people help directly , FS9 has a retro AI but will need a bit off a time warp to find it ohmy.gif

Hey Matty. Sounds like you do have the NZ retro AI pack, but check the following thread coz one of the downloads does include the metroliner with 4 repaints:
http://nzff.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=...;hl=retro+metro

No sign of a Bandeirante AI anywhere, but there is a flyable one on flightsim.com (filename: anz_e110.zip) but not sure what it'd be like for AI tho coz its quite a reasonable model. I have a Saab AI model on my machine and a flyable Metroliner which should also be ok as AI I'd say on a decent rig.

Saab340 by FSPainter/FSP (repaints by Che Ridland)
Air New Zealand Link
Air New Zealand Link Old Livery
Air Nelson

Metroliner III model by Jon Murchinson
(base file: met3pass.zip at flightsim.com)
Origin Pacific
Air New Zealand link

There's a Mike Stone Metroliner also with a recent air ambulance repaint (filename m3_nzct.zip) but not sure if anyone painted those in Air Nelson/Eagle/Link etc.
I've also got some DJC AI (Craig Ritchie) Metroliners in my FS9 rig but none of those are kiwi repaints.

See if you can source those files based on the above info, if not, let me know you're email and I can send em thru to you. Are you planning to share your AI schedules when you get them up and running?

Thanks smile.gif

Have found them all, just have to test them all in FSX now, and see how they go as they are older models.

Found a bandit AI craft so might have to try my hand at paints again one day.

Id be happy to share them if anyone is interested in them.

After this project might have alook at Ansett NZ. As I cant find anything out there for them smile.gif
