Not sure what the problem is but I have installed this several times and it causes my FS9 to crash on loading.
anyone else have this issue and a cure?
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

Yup it's a little buggy...strangely it seems to interact badly with certain sceneries!
It's clearly an unfinished work, no pilot figures clinches it for me.

BUT meantime I've explored their brilliant AW139, and it'll keep you busy for a long time...

Why is it called a final then? Unfortunately the AW139 crashes my sim as well. Might try another re install.

Cowpatz .. Try Collecting all your saved flights , put them into a new folder , uninstall the problem 'Helo' and revert to original default , save the flight as 1 example . Then reinstall the AW139 or Bk117 course from that restart Flight Sim .

Yes Ian's quite right, the default flight is the place to start:
Default Cessna, Ctrl-Shft-F1, and don't forget to set the mixture to 100%.
Save as default.
Load ICARO by starting at the default flight and changing a/c.
Go to 2D cockpit and cycle through all popup windows (Not too hard to do as you're using them for the start procedure anyway)
Once running you can go to VC and spot with no problem.

I had a go with the BK117 again, starting up in the Far North just to be sure no scenery impinged, and then switched airports to Auckland.
Works fine here...just wish they'd put in the pilots.
