NZFF

Just released a new P-51D Mustang from Warbirdsim...despite the issues they have had in the past (activation etc) I might be keen for this one...lets see if any NZ repaints come out the wood work...I know jankees has this model already..or do I wait for the A2A model?..but I like the idea of flying a replica of a restored warbird in FSX (which this model is) as opposed to a fully blown as it was in WW2 replica..thats enough rambling......

Well Paul , I promised myself a good P51 and A2A is going to be a ways off yet , as for Graham Bethel,s TAFFY we have many superb photos here thanks to Gavin and other members.

sorry Naki, don't count on any repaints real soon, there will not be a paintkit in the near future....A2A may still beat them that to that stage..

oh well ..I can see what Warbirdsim are trying to achieve, an absolute exact replica (including the paint) of the real restored thing. Maybe a repaint kit may come out with a more generic Mustang they may release in the near future.

I'll believe we'll see a few more packages from them ( I saw a Jumpin' Jacques somewhere..) before they release a paintkit.

not perfect, that will have to wait for the paintkit, but I thought you guys might like a paint looking like this?

Yes..very keen looks great! I haven't got the Warbirdsim P-51 yet..I'll wait and see with the paint kit and other versions..

Jan , you bloody ripper and bugger , teasing me like that , least my PC is in the shop at the mo , Graham s helmet is white by the way , I must find the photo posted here off this aircraft , ill try and dig up the link .
