Lotus L39 or my prefer Skysim Hawk , Quite simply these two are great fun , Rick Piper mailed me , Loves the L-39 but more at home the Hawk and so am i winkyy.gif

I believe both complement each , it just depends on what you like and want .

The Albatros cockpit , is so very , well clean and you will need to get to learn its low preform character - myself prefer the Hawk

The here i was little while back taken for a ride in which 'Leow2656' James flamed the engine twice in a MP , fortunate got it running again

My Favourite office space again the .................. opps , missed the front seat

Both front and back seat cool.gif

And off course again .. both in there glory

Oh Jeepers .. Whoops again , Rick Pipers - HAWK T2

ohmy.gif So many bits and pieces not allowed to be shown simply because of security , so it still uses the T1 cockpit , Australia operates a model very similar
I wonder if permission could be granted to get cockpit details to Rick , the Aussie model would Brilliant cool.gif

I give the thumbs up for the L-39 because of better systems modeling. eg the de-icing system, engine overheat, and the apu turbine modeling not to mention that awsomely realistic crazing in the plexiglass canopy. Now that got me WoWing.

Nice little post there Ian...my preference is still the L-39 though..superior VC, better systems modelling plus there are a few private L-39s in NZ but I guess there is a price diffrence in models...mind you if I was in charge of Air Force procurement there would always be room for a squadron of Hawks
