...at long last I am up to repainting again. (A wrist injury in January put paid to a lot of things...)

Anyway, my latest addition to the repaints page on my site is this one for the Flight One Britten Norman Islander:

OK, it's not an NZ paint, but for those of you enjoying FTX's Pacific Northwest, you might prefer to fly in a local livery?

Enjoy - it's on my website (www.eagleskinner.com - in the repaints / GA section)

Yes welcome back ..wondered where you went...the PNW repaint looks greeat and one day might pick up the Islander (waiting for a Queenstown FSX airport). One of our members requested an Aspiring Air repaint of the Islander if you feel inclined..

Glad you're mended, Chris.
As Naki points out, there are many interesting Islanders around these parts, GBA always a favourite to slap on a bird:

And there are plenty of NZ EC120's awaiting your attention, too.
Helitranz would be a real challenge

Well, those "birdie" tails are fine, but I am too much of a fusspot to do them unless I have the photos to work with. But seeing the GBA plane there, how's about this one?

Yes, looking at the photos on airliners net I can see that Great Barrier Xpress would have something to say. Their yellow is duller... and they fly "PIZ"...

ZK-PIY is muuuuch muuucch prettier biggrin.gif

Yes, well, lots to choose from.

I sometimes wonder how many separate airframes there are in NZ, as you often see one pop up in the colours of the competition!

That's an intereting source sheet Charl! Where does one find that?

On my computer cool.gif they are the texture sheets for Henry T's AI Islanders included in the GNZLAP project.

Cool! So we don't need ZK-PIY then winkyy.gif

Besides... the F1 model is the wrong version anyway - no small windows behind the door for one.
