There is a ifdg for FXS.

Winglet Update for FS9 & FSX has been released.
Level-D Simulations and Flight1 Releases 767 Winglet Version Upgrade!
Level-D Simulations, in partnership with Flight One Software, has released a new Winglet version upgrade to their award-winning 767-300ER for both FS9 and FSX. This upgrade provides the winglet version of the 767-300ER, which provides a fuel savings over the standard edition.
