Look at the payware versions of the Wilco Publishing the modern Airliner Series ,the have most airbus and boeing models though not a 757 ,i used to have the fs9 captain sim 757 and i far liked the posky 757 freeware version better for most flying ,actually i still use a modded fsx version of it..

Project Opensky Boeing 777. Has a VC and it's a very awesome model and it's 100% free.
Comercial Level Simulations A340 has VC with A330-200/300 and A340-200/300 included in one package. It's payware.

Only problem with Commercial Level Simulations (CLS ) is the simulated systems are very limited. Probably Wilco Airbus series are better than CLS. In my opinion only.
Captain Sim 757 is good but it is frame rate consuming on not very powerful PCs, I believe Level-D 757 and 767 are better in some aspects.
Try to watch some youtube videos of each model before you buy them or read reviews of them on the net.
