Well I have both ( PSS and Majestic ) Q300. I like them both for different reasons.
PSS has very nice panel ( easy to read ) but the VC does not have clickspot functionality ( Or at least mine is not , not sure if there are other versions of it ). I can say PSS is easier to fly for beginners.

In the other hand, Majestic Q300 ( Pilot edition that I have ) is very comprehensive with the simulation of many systems. It has an application which can simulate very detailed failures or monitor of the various systems in Q300. But the panel is horrible, hard to read ( Maybe someone could do some mix and match with panels ? ).

Flight dynamics of Majestic is more realistic with a better VC ( with functionality ) . Majestic Q300 does not have APU ( which mainly is used in a very cold or warm weather conditions ) but I guess if you are looking for realism Majestic is better ( Anyone disagrees? )

You can see various video clips of both model on Youtube.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,
Ben
