New Carenado Cessna 172N & 152

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Postby creator2003 » Thu Nov 06, 2008 10:14 pm

That graph says alot really ,,all the stuff people were building for FS9 when FSX came out is now getting released ,,most payware are now going FSX unless they are 9 driven ,,freeware X is dead till those learning catch up or have given up and gone back to 9 unless there are heaps still getting built and we are waiting for the rush of freeware addons X ...

cant remember the date X came out but dont remember it being 2004 were that graph starts ? mite be one of those polls from 3 news says helen laugh.gif

If you have FSX, go to Home page (FS Insider) and get a Free Just Flight C152.

Have not flown it yet but will soon

Check it out

Yea - there is the free Justflight 152 and for FS9 there is an excellent freeware 150 but Carenado make excellent aircraft and they are worth the money.

I believe its heaps better than the free Justflight 152 which I had for Fs9 as a time limited demo and I wasn't that impressed(I'm a fussy bugger when it comes to my payware aircaft).

Ill soon find out as I am downloading in a few minutes...plus I want to support Carenado for still supporting FS9.

NZ repaints anyone???

I'll second your support of the support, but I'll wait for you to tell us if it's better than this onebefore doing another paint on it. cool.gif

Can you add in MUM,and PQP tongue.gif

Yea the VC looks way better than the justflight one. More like the real plane DAD.The justflight 152 looks more like an older 152 where the carendo is a newer version.

I went to purchase the FS9 C152 yesterday but whilst processing the payment on the Carenado website I got an error message stating it could not be processed at this time.

So I left it for the time being to buy again later when I discovered that my credit card had been charged after all! I emailed Carenado about it but till now no reply....not very happy. angry.gif

Oh thats not good - you could reverse the charge but I am sure that Carenado will come back to you as i havent heard of many probelm with their customer service - I didnt have any problems last night - it did reject one of my cards for some unknown reason so I just used another one.

I'm sure they will get back to me eventually too....It would have been nice to hear from them within 24hrs regarding a financial matter tho...But it will get solved soon enough.

Just check out the statement of the rejected card Naki...just to make sure its not the same problem I had

Cheers
Florian
