Ian, contacted Charl re this.....my stuff was just no good, and the info from the museum was good , but it was mainly painting instructions and stencil placement.....not what charl needed at all. Barf directed me to Kiwi aircraft images.

Our own Macchi is due soon.....so if you can wait a bit longer.......sorry.

Here's a quick WIP - I slapped one of Philip's photos on the side of the new CB model, and looks as if that may work.
Soo... what's needed is a few shots side-on, and if possible from overhead! as in post #12
And in overcast conditions, and at midday!
