Well it seems Markus has become distracted, as the FS9 WB hasn't surfaced!

No matter, Manfred Jahn has come up with the FS9 version of Que Sera Sera (Mentioned earlier by Paul for FSX).
Strong NZ connection of course - Deep Freeze II, before Wingman Warren's time even...

FS9 does not do polar flights, no biggie as it is dead boring.
But I set up NZCH - McMurdo which went OK, long flight, 12h+ according to the sim.
The polar flight left from there



Not without incident, the skis got frozen to the ice while the lads wandered around the Pole for a bit.
They ended up shooting off all 11 remaining JATO bottles to break free, and the orbiting support plane thought it had blown up!

The original aircraft is preserved at the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, Florida, USA
