Management of Fuel Flow For Captain Sim Product Please

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

I had few successfull flights abroad Captain Sim C-130s and l leave alone the flow movement of fuel of the plane without touching the fuel flow knobs. However, I notice that after few successfull flights abroad Captain Sim C-130s, the plane's method is to empty the fuel tanks in center first before using fuel from wings and external tanks.

Is there any very very very very easy instruction or method or explanation telling me how to use fuel from external fuel tanks first before using fuel from center fuel tanks, please?

The problem for me is that when I take off in Captain Sim C-130 with 45 percent fuel for nice 250 nautical mile flight, FSX flashes FSX default low fuel warning when I was 5 minutes away from destination. Checking my FSX default fuel, I have healthy 40 percent left of fuel BUT it is 17 percent left in CENTER fuel tanks.
