Air New Zealand 767-319/ER

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Hi Folks!

Long time no post, or release for that matter... I know it's been, well.. probably years since I posted a preview of a ANZ 767 with the intent to release. For some reason, the repainting bug has come back. So, I am making the most of it.

Been a Kiwi, and a lover of the 767, I've decided to put Qantas back in the queue and get this one out next.

It's the freeware SkySpirit model. She merges well with the Level-D and you can use the VC in FSX.

So, here we have a little preview of Air New Zealand 767-319/ER ZK-NCL. I promise it won't be long before she's out.

Looking FWD to it John. Hadn't though't of a LDS/SS merge but it makes sense now you mention it, the old LDS is starting to look a little tardy on the outside smile.gif

Very nice. I could be interested in having a go with a merge with the LDS, but where do I find such a thing? Personally I don't have a problem with the LDS model, but wouldn't mind seeing how this one stacks up 'side by side' so to speak.

All I did was use the FDE and Aircraft.cfg, changed the entry to reflect this model. It's a lot nicer than the Level-D model. She's pretty tired now.

Also, edit the model.cfg to use the VC and added an entry for the SkySpirit Utility panel. Easy stuff.

Coming along nicely. Just need to finish working on the wings and edit the night lighting.

Ian, if you're interested, the Osaka - Christchurch - Auckland service has been downgraded from the 772 to the 763, which is nice! Think it's about a 3 or 4 weekly service.........

I'm still working on it. I had to change a few things on the masters, so I've been tweaking those. I also decided to lower the alpha and edit some other stuff. Also got stuck on the wings for a while.. but I am happy with those now.

Won't be long.
