Kiwi Travel International repaint for QualityWings 757

Have knocked out a 757 repaint for the QWings model in the livery as used briefly by Kiwi when they leased one from Air 2000. If anyone has the QWings model could you drop me a PM, would like to get someone to check it in their rig before releasing...

Repaint has been released to avsim.com and flightsim.com, search for "Kiwi International" or the filename: kiwiairlines-qwings-752.zip

Thanks a lot to Alister for testing it out. The texture is bundled up in QWings QWL file format (basically just a ZIP file with a some config info) and has had the following tweaks to the base repaint kit to align with the Kiwi livery:

* added door behind wing, hid the win-shades either side of it
* removed the ii doors over the wing
* reduced the intensity of the door-hinges layer
* re-coloured the edges of the wing light as is embedded in the red 'Kiwi' text
* turned off "Emer Lts #1" on R side (not required)
* removed the outflow panel on R side
* reduced opacity of the Lav panel on R & L sides
* removed the dark strip in the center of the "Tail LE Round" layer
