Mount Cook C185 Zk- Bdm/repaint

Been trying to install this paint on my Carenado C185_ski - reached the point where I have the thumbnail on the aircraft selection screen, click 'OK' and.............the little yellow triangle/exclamation mark - "failed to startup the the flight model". To be on the selection screen, the .cfg entries have to be good so what's my next move?

Make sure your

sim=

AND

model=

lines match up to the others properly under that repaint's entry in the aircraft.cfg file. The thumbnail still may show up even if they are not matched properly (has happened to me before).
