Great looking model of the Nimrod. In the first screenshot it looks like the crew have made their beds for the night, complete with blue bed spreads !!

I didn'd mind the Nimrod in real life, but the plane itself was a typical British design, so altered and added too that it was really a nightmare. Tiny cockpit, and a ridiculously low bomb bay. Then they added a refuel probe that featured a 6 inch rubber hose that passed down the inside of the cockpit ceiling - go figure. After looking over one of those, the Orion was a dream. I couldn't believe it when they opted for an upgrade to MRA4's, which as it proved was a costly mistake. Now they have been cancelled and sadly it looks like the end of the British Maritime Patrol Aircraft fleet.

I watch the doco and had a chuckle as the plane captain had to crane himself to get in his seat , Maritime patrol thought would be the primary , maybe they will opt for the P8 , but one seems to be disarming .
