Found this beast in the Hovercontrol.com 2004 heli download section ,also works in FSX so i found out with a simple install test ,would look cool with the NZ airforce paint on this model ,one of many variations that it comes with ,still needs to be optimized for a low end fsx pc like mine as only hits about 8-15flps ,this model is intended for FS9/fs2004 and not X ,these shots where taken in FSX winkyy.gif with no port mods ..




has HEMS and Waterbomber models as well ..

Looks good...could of been bought by the RNZAF but lost out to NH-90

Helicopters NZ scheme would be nice

On hearing it was in competition , the rear loading ramp was a major part in the deciding , i try this out weee whiles back , I highly recommend this one cool.gif

Yeah im surprised this one got past me ,its been out for a while now i do have a NZ repaint i did for another aw139 ,ill see if i can paste it over to these textures sets at some point .

No quite correct- We are getting A139s to replace the Siouxs with the NH90 replacing the UH-1H

Sorry Tim..the AW-139 is quite different (and bigger) to the AW-109 which the RNZAF is getting.

The RNZAf is getting both the NH-90 (8 examples plus one for parts) and AW-109LUH (5 examples)..see Tim's link above for pics of the fist A-109

Not much diff between a AW139 , NH-90 , or even AW109 , those three could sneak in compared to our venerable 1966 Huey's , but that makes the difference ! Willy VC jammin at the door with his M60 on the pintle , just what out !
