Fast single prop for FSX

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Can someone point me in the direction of a fast single prop for FSX. Would prefer civilian, and has to be of high quality (payware even). I'd love something that can be used at short airfield strips but has some serious grunt. I love the smaller planes like the C152, but they are just too damn slow! Time is precious in the evenings smile.gif Some of the old WWII fighters look pretty quick, but would prefer something modern if possible.

IMO Carenado's Bonanza is the best GA fast single prop for FSX, especially if you like high quality detail.

If you like some aerobatics as well Realair's SF-260 would be worth trying.

Thanks Naki, I have that aircraft already smile.gif It's great but just something about it that means I don't fly it much. I just don't gel with it I guess. Find it kinda sedate.

I found this: http://www.aviationtrivia.info/Lancair-IV.php

Looks interesting, I wonder if there is an FSX model. 300knots sounds fun!

EDIT: Looks like ORBX is making this exact aircraft! http://orbxsystems.com/forums/index.php?topic=21482.0

Yeah that Lancair looks like it might be a goodie....another sugestion is the Eaglesoft Cirrus or Lancair Columbia (especially of you like glass cockpits).
