Anyone else here use the Dreamwings Dash 8 Q200? (dwd8q200.zip off Flightsim.com)

For me it won't keep still on the ground, and bounces around something 'orrid (to use Charl's catchphrase). Anyone know how to fix this, via a cfg edit, change of .air file or something?

:google: up bouncing dash 8 and it should come up with a fix. I also had this problem a while ago but managed to find the fix. I think that the address to the fix is also somewhere on their forums.

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

Thanks very much for the link Kelburn, I checked out their forums and made the recommended .cfg changes. Now my Dash doesn't bounce, but it won't pull up either... could someone please past a copy of their working Dash 8 .cfg text please?

Just woundering what panel you all use in this Q300?

I prefer the premier aircraft one, it had sounds and a detilaed 2d and 2d panel

Thanks for the link Jimmy, I tried the premier aircraft model but don't like it as much as the Dreamwings version, due to the quality of the model.

Anyhow, I ask again: Could someone please past a copy of their working Dash 8 .cfg text please?

open up the .cfg in notepad/dreamweaver and press ctrl+f. type in 'point.0' and search. change that line with:

point.0= 1.000, 26.000, 0.000, -6.700, 3000.000, 0.000, 0.500, 55.000, 0.200, 3.500, 1.000, 4.800, 4.800, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000

Thanks very much Hinch.

I changed the line you suggestest and it has stopped the bouncing. I now can roll along the runway fine the aircraft will not pull up even though I am pulling back to the max on my joystick. Even slewed into the air, the aircraft proceceeds to nosedive!! I have lightened my fuel and payload dramatically and I still have this problem... any ideas?
