This is a repaint (textures only) of the MAAM-SIM DC-3. You must have the payware MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 to use these textures. The original aircraft is available at http://www.maam.org/. This represents New Zealand National Airways Corporation DC-3 ZK-BEU as it would have appeared in the late 1950s. It was built as a C-47A-20-DK, c/n 13099, and served with the RNZAF as NZ3518 until being purchased by NZNAC in 1954. It served with NZNAC until 1970 when it was sold to Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company. It flew with Mount Cook until May 1978 and was the last New Zealand commercial passenger DC-3.
