Welcome to Kerikeri Airport, a small domestic airport in the far north of the North Island of New Zealand.
As well as domestic flights by Air New Zealand Link, the airport is also home to a number of GA aircraft, and
is also frequently used as a Customs and Fueling point for International Private GA flights.
Kerikeri is a major fruit producing area, particularly for the well known Kerikeri Orange, and the area is also rich
with historical buildings from New Zealand's earliest settlers.

Just uploaded to Avsim, should be available soon.
filename...................... kerikeri_airport_nzkk_2007.zip, ......................... ID number, .......... 222235

Its not totally devoid of life. It is home to a number of GA aircraft, and also the regular Air NZ Link B-1900-D.
The GA AI in the pics are default FS9, the DC-3s are default FS9 wearing NZ Paint jobs, but the B1900-D in the last pic is part of the Project-AI Air New Zealand Package.
And as i said above, it is a customs and fueling point for international Private GA flights, so does see a variety of aircraft.

Thanks Mark. Just filling a few gaps here and there in little 'ole Godzone.
Not exactly high-tech sceneries, no photoreal ground textures etc, but a 1000% improvement over what Microsoft placed (or didnt place as the case may be) at these locations.
They wiil do untill somebody else comes up with something better. New Zealand is such an incredibly beautiful and scenic place to fly in, and all in one small package easliy travelled around in fairly short periods of time.

Hi Lawrie,

Have me a small problem ... AeroClub buildings and several hangers by the main rwy are missing (and the white cones are not displaying). Had a look in the Scenery folder and found several loose .mdl files (Closed Hanger, Gray FBO, kmbt_hanger8 door, kmbt_maxair and McMinnville FBO Office) which are not associated with any .bgl file. The AerClb.bgl (Aero Club?) is only 1KB in size. Have moved the textures to the Static Objects folder (as well as the 3 EZ .bgls to the Static Objects Scenery folder), and have the complete Rwy12 libraries installed and positioned correctly in the Scenery hierachy.

Any ideas?

TIA.
