Its not always that busy............ i was just lucky,.....right time at the right place so to speak. Most times of the day theres not much traffic apart from GA stuff. Its early in the morning (sim time) when i took those shots. The PAI ANZ B1900 had been there overnight, same with the NZ Post Metro, and both departed very shortly after the shots were taken. The Origin Jetstream had only just arrived, and departed not long after the others heading north. The DC-3s are defaults wearing NZ paintjobs, and fly to a set of flightplans for default GA that Robin Corn did a few years ago.
Its not a 100% perfect scenery, but its better than what MS had there (or didnt have there).

Same with me, the last time i flew into Wanganui was in an N.A.C. F-27.
Been there a few times since, but in a more sedate form of transport,.............. the motor-car.
Whenever i visit another town, (or pass through on the way somewhere else), i ALWAYS have to visit the local airport, occasionally upsetting the domestic management (aka ...WIFE), but, hey, what can i say, i have a love of all things aeronautical.
Hopefully nobody has had any problems with this scenery ???????

Just downloaded and installed last night and happy to report that I have no problems.

I have also flown into this airport too but it was in something more modern - a 1900D. The control tower looks as if it is about to fall down and looks abandoned.

Id agree with that Paul. Last time i visited the place about 2 years ago, it was looking pretty shabby then.
The tidiest looking thing there was the B-1900D parked on the airside (and it was a bit dirty).
