Gisborne Airport NZGS

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Postby Snowman » Sat Sep 01, 2007 12:05 am

Just uploaded to Avsim,.......................
Should be available for download soon.

Gisborne Airport NZGS.

filename ............ gisborne_airport_nzgs_2007 . file ID .......... 221143
or search Avsim for Lawrie Roache

A couple of quick pics from the building of it........................

Nothing real flash, no custom buildings, uses objects from the Runway-12 and FS9 default libraries.
A simple scenery, that i wouldnt call 100% accurate, but its pretty close, and i think gives a fairly good "feel" of what the airport is like.

Well,................ i guess i could arrange that if you really want a train in the scenery.
The NZ Topo railway tracks are there in the grass, they just dont show through the runway itself.
I take it you had no trouble getting this scenery up and going Andrew ??

Yeah I can see it with the topo- I was just kidding before winkyy.gif The only other scenery I have with moving trains if my Just Flight Shoreham Airport (EGKA) which I have disabled to save FPS at the moment!

And yep, I got it working fine thanks. Nice work as always thumbup1.gif

I sure am, and yes the model looks great (despite, what some may say, its very ugly body shape).

I've posted various screenies up here and here if you are interested winkyy.gif
