Exclude file help

I am redoing Ohakea(military) in fsx to accommodate Charl's new AI package. The problem i have come across is that when I exclude the default airport buildings I also lose the runway and some of the some of the taxiway routes, the parking ramps still show tho.

The runway and taxi routes are still there but don't show. I know because the AI still land and take off and taxi around.

I have tried all sorts but nothing can fix this problem, any help would be appreciated as I was up all night trying to figure this out and I'm getting very grumpy.

try put excludes in different folder ie its own folder or just in somewhere away from the main bgl that you are compling...

I have done that but still no change, I think I have found the problem it has something to do with the AFCAD file itself, a newer one I have created is now showing the runway.
