Wellington scenery floating Buildings

Getting back into flight sim and have a question. I have got VLC 1.3 and Real wellington scenery. Started a flight from the southern end of Wellington airport and noticed some floating buildings on the east. In the add scenery menu I have VLC set below my other scenery and realWgtnNZ is set as number 1. There are also some floating buildings on somes Island as well
just wondering if anyone has an idea on what I have done wrong maybe.
