First off, 10 points for anyone that gets the movie reference in the topic description...

Now, I got an NZAR AFCAD from ZK-KAG, that is very detailed (better than my half-arsed effort) and looks quite good...

If I use this AFCAD and RealNZ Auckland City, I get the following:



Note the chopped runways in the red area, and the trees/buildings on the taxiway in the blue area.

If I use this AFCAD, RealNZ Auckland City AND the 'auckland_real_nz_airports.zip' scenary, so that I get the modelled ardmore buildings, I get this:



Note the missing grass strip that SHOULD be in the yellow area. I am assuming that this is because the scenary is being overlaid on top of the AFCAD, so you cant see it. Is there anyway to make the AFCAD sit on top?

Also, there appears to be some weird grass strip right next to the closed 07/25 runway (see the pink area below):



I am assuming this is from the 'auckland_real_nz_airport' scenary as its not there with just the AFCAD and the RealNZ AKL City.

What I would like, is for the pretty ardmore buildings, but with ZK-KAGs AFCAD sitting 'on top', so I can see the grass strip, helipads etc.

Is this possible??

Im glad you like the AFCAD, it took awhile to get right.

First of all,

If I use this AFCAD and RealNZ Auckland City, I get the following:

Yeah the AFCAD wasn't tested or made for this particular scenery so yeah it doesnt fit in too well with RealNZ.

If I use this AFCAD, RealNZ Auckland City AND the 'auckland_real_nz_airports.zip'

This AFCAD was made to fit with the Ardmore scenery, so thats why it works best with it. As for the missing grass runway, this is a scenery issue as the scenery has its own sorta AFCAD for what you see (runway lights etc). The grass taxiway as you see (25 Grass) is part of the scenery and AFCAD has no effect on it. Which is a real pain in the you know what...
