Hi Guys

Nothing to do with NZ flight sim, but nonetheless, I've just purchased the IRIS B.2 Vulcan , biggrin.gif , and was looking for some freeware scenery to complement it. I would prefer something historically accurate, but any good RAF base will do.

Thanks in advance

Connor , Vulcan,s are famous in New Zealand , Gavin 'Kahu Project" Ohakea V3 and for keeping in the NZ I would get yourself RealNZ 'Across the Ditch' Scenery package and to complement Tim,s VLC .

Good find! RAF Coningsby was one of them. I spent a week there when the Vulcans were on 4-minute constant alert.

Hi Guys,
Just a heads up for anyone wanting free scenery for RAF bases here in the UK or Europe, check out this site.
They cover both FS9 & FSX.

airfieldconstructiongroup.org/forum/

You have to register, but thats free too.
Some of these sceneries used to be available on the UKMIL site as well, but they are now only available to full club members, for which you have to pay.
Ross.

Hi Nzeddy,
If you visit the UKMIL site, it says that due to ongoing security measures to prevent hacking, all downloads are only available to full club members.
The membership is a one-off payment of £10, approx. 20NZD. Free members cannot access the downloads anymore.
The guys who made these sceneries for UKMIL have now got their own site - airfieldconstructiongroup.org/forum/
You need to register on this site too, but you then have access to the downloads & this one is for FREE.
Most of these sceneries are available on Avsim or Flightsim as well.
Try searching on these for 'UKMIL'.
Happy birthday as well.
Hope its a good one.
Ross.
