Even though it says my name on the download ,ive been told it was A earlier work than what fs-creations.co.nz released, so no thanks needed to me ..
When fs-creations.co.nz closed down after the passing of its owner so did the Christchurch scenery download from my hands ,so this must be its replacement i suppose..

my design work from now on will be found on my own site , http://www.fs-creations.org/ "still working on it "

Yes its different ive been told to my work on the imagery ,though its source is the same tiff files ,id have to download it myself but im sure its a version before i helped Ian T out

Ok - so this is an earlier version that is not as good as the one I've got now? I think there's a word missing in this bit: "told to my work on the imagery". Is there supposed to be a word after "to" and before "my"?

Pete , mucked my entire PC up last night lost everything , brain damage , downloaded this just before and is not FS-Creations donation ware .

This is my city , soon as i get the 'brain case and the contents' in order i will continue and complete the city but without quake damage .

I think you still enjoy it ,and nice to have it before everyone else ,this will be the only one that gets given out this way because its out of my hands ,at least now more people will be able to fly around and enjoy it with you ,I am of habit to giving the best part of a photo area for free anyway.
Hamilton is coming shortly along with Napier after that ,we will have something else to chat about wont we .

I'm used to scenery with installers attached. Can anyone tell me how to install Christchurch? There seems to be a scenery folder and a texture folder, - what do I do with them? (FSX, W7 64)

Sorry if this is a stupid question... blink.gif

File in your main FSX 'Addon Scenery ' you make a folder called ChristchurchX and inside that 2 other folders

ChristchurchX - inside two sub folders named below

- Scenery , this is were your place the photo files bgl.s and models , mdl files .
- Texture , the autogen and other model build texture .

Thanks Ian, - all very simple when you know how.

Looks great, - flying to NZCH won't be a disappointment anymore.

i have just installed the Christchurch Canterbury scenery v1.3. the scenery is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking but the submerged trees and buildings are still present. i wonder if ian has any idea when he might get around to fixing them? i also note a similar problem in several areas of the abel tasman park photoscenery. has anyone got suggestions about fixes which non-scenery-designers can carry out?

many many thanks for all the wonderful new zealand scenery.
