Having had fun messing around with the stock FSX NZAA scenery, I've discovered (when testing it out) that I get missing textures at night ... *but only with DX10 enabled*.
I suspect that FSX is now looking for .dds textures (as opposed to .bmp ones) and that they weren't all created <???>. I turned on scenery debug in fsx.cfg to find that it was looking for "mc_LM.dds" which certainly doesn't exist anywhere on my HD. Neither could I find anything like mc_LM.bmp.
If anyone wants to test this, please go to my NZAA lights thread here ... grab the file and see what happens to the main Auckland terminal building at around midnight. I think they should rename itl to "The Cinderella Terminal"
