I have downloaded all the files etc etc, activate the Static Objects Library in FS9, but when I go to run the program from my desktop a box pops up saying:

"Unhandled excepetion has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Could not find file 'C:\Users\Scott\Desktop\ObjLib.xml' "

HELP!!
