Postcards From New Zealand

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Is there a decent NZWP for FSX? I like that P-3 but I really would prefer a payware P-3, the VC in the KBT on is a bit frustrating.

Not done with the Big Apple yet!
Heliports aplenty here...caught up with one of the "10 Squirrels" AI and played all over the Hauraki Gulf

...and a formal shot of the Waitemata, with the QM2 correctly posed, as pointed out by Trolly earlier

Still within the Auckland City limits!

I enjoy this airfield - it has nice green grass year round so you can easily locate it and ...do stuff.

Imagination plays a big part in suspension of disbelief, eh?
These pics don't look very much like the real thing, but as of now, no sim does...

The far north is possibly the last destination I'd want to visit in FS9 New Zealand, and so it is.
Snowman had Whangarei covered, though.

Whew 3 months long...thanks Paul.
Time is running short for FSX, I don't see this level of penetration any time soon.
MS Flight, maybe?

Last postcard, then:

My goodness... 165k views!
And I hope this thread gave some new (to NZ) flightsimmers some insights about flying the place in FS9 (and beyond, perhaps).
However I see that Botophucket is again up to their shenanigans, this time not actually deleting uploaded pics, just rendering them in fuzzy fashion.
Gotta love 'em.
This really defeats the purpose of the thread, so MODS! please delete.
Thanks, see you in FS2020.
