Hamilton Scenery

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Postby sreweti » Fri Jul 14, 2006 2:04 pm

I have a completed hamilton airport scenery ( this was started as a group project by three of my pilot training students in 2004 completing my special topic Flight sim development and design paper for the BAv at School of Aviation , Massey University ) . It needed some tidying up by me hence the long delay and is not state of the art but is a fairly good rendition of Hamilton Airport for fs2004 .. I will try and upload it to avsim with some docs this weekend

Great news indeed Savern.
You wouldn't consider putting your hand to adjusting your previous tweak of Auckland airports, so it would work with RealNZ scenery?
I know Robin Corn would donate you a copy, just for that purpose

Yes please!

They where brilliant :D

However, I do believe REAL NZ are planning addons for both Ardmore and Auckland International some time in the fs2004 future!

well things are really looking up for hamilton with Ian Warrens agns files and my buildings and if you have Robin Corns GZ hamilton its really getting busy , i am looking forward to my part 1 realease of the buildings of the city and the helipads will hopefully be fix by then .
im really focusing on helicopters for my scenery but what you can fly and see in a rotorwing you can enjoy as you come in to the city with a fixwing,
i completed 30plus buildings that im happy with and adding more every week after requests of landmarks and buildings people remember from there pass,im also focusing on missions where you can drop off materials for houses on the hillside where normal transport can not get to

Aren't those NEAT? You certainly are having a good time out there in the Waikato.
Auckland property prices have soared in recent times, I didn't realise Hamilton had run out of real estate and needed to hover supply their building projects :D
I still have my Erickson Skycrane in an archive sonewhere...

well i dont know about the airport but my city is awaiting a new photoreal placement as ill have to make sure the buildings are in the right place for a finshed product no point putting what i have out yet if the buildings are going to be in the future are over roads
so thats my excuse for my slow city :(
but gives me more time to build more :D

I was not talking about your project Natas, I was refering to the original author of this topic sreweti Posted: Jul 14 2006.

So the City awaits Mr Rewatis Airport :plane:
