Hawaiian Airports

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Just a heads up that I have it on very, very good authority that we're getting additional high quality airports in Hawaii coming sometime this year for FSX. These additional airports include: NAS Barbers Point (now John Rodgers Field), Port Allen, Princeville, Barking Sands, NAS/MCAS Kaneohe, Upolu, and Waimea-Kohala.

Thus, here's a list of airports in FSX Hawaii covered by high quality freeware (fully custom buildings, etc) and payware products:

Honolulu Intl
Dillingham
Lihue
Lanai
Kapalua-West Maui (Lahaina)
Kahului
Hana
Molokai
Kaluapapa
Kona
Hilo
Waimea
Upolu
Barking Sands
John Rodgers / NAS Barbers Point
Kaneohe
Port Allen
Princeville

With the exception of Wheeler AAF, and Bradshaw AAF, plus possibly some little grass strips that I'm not even sure exist in real life anymore...pretty much every airport in the State of Hawaii will have a high-quality rendition produced. Wow...

Brilliant, cant wait. Excellent place for lots of fun short-haul flights. And great for GA flying on the bigger islands.

This will go nicely with the photoreal from these guys (I just bought the "Plus Version" collection, it rocks !!)
