Peter Walker strikes again?!

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Looks pretty convincing to me. Has anyone sent these two files (or similar) to Simviation?

I think someone ought to get a solicitor to email them.

Someone here apparently took it upon themselves to ask Simviation about it a short time ago. mellow.gif

It would be best if the creators of any NZ scenery that he uploads contact Simviation directly with as much evidence as possible.

Its already been proven here on the forums and to the other flightsim hostings including this guy at simvation which has also been shown this proof by users here , here is the link http://nzff.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13131 which details out what was found in these files by peter walker and how they are 100% in no doubt Auckland super citys replaced agn from the orignal 2004 real New Zealand by Robin Corn ,
Im at the moment doing AGN and there is no way you wouldnt known that it was done by your hand as its like drawning a portrait with a certain color of skin/ hair /nose hair ear wax you name it ,it can not be mistaken

these green squares are size drawn by hand ,also the tree species is chosen by the user at this time ,like pine here and bush here etc ,it would be 1 in 700 billion this guy/girl would even get one of these trees correct in size and tree type which the guy/girl peter walker has done 1 million odd times ,maybe she should by a lotto ticket ..

Notice also the misalignment of the houses on this tile (due to earlier agn being copied for new photography)- If 'Peter Walker' had indeed done this annotation himself, there would be no reason to offset these placements like that.

When I first approached Simviation, they told me that I would need to provide some authoritive proof. (sic). This is part of my reply:

QUOTE
I wonder what you would accept as ‘authoritive’? I would be happy to follow your suggestion. In the meantime, here are a couple of comparison images I supplied to Avsim:[/quote]

They removed the files, and since I've never heard back from them, I assumed that this was all settled.

At the time I decided to resign as forum admin, as I really needed to figure out whether these sneak attacks were directed at NZ simming in general, or me in particular. However I was able to get hold of a couple of interesting emails out of all this, via the file libraries themselves, which I've been following up, and hopefully they will lead to some real identities, rather than all the anonymous email addresses, domain registrations etc, which have been pretty prevalent lately.

I've also invited Peter Walker to contact me, but haven't heard from his yet.

All I know is that if whoever was behind all this cr@p lately was actually out to undermine me and my business, then they are doing a good job. As the current Simviation post shows, I am seen on the web as a greedy developer who would go to any lengths to stomp on competition, especially freeware.

I'm very wary of all this discussion on NZFF, as it can -- and obviously did -- lead to accusations of in-fighting, pettiness, even criminal behaviour, all under my evil puppet-mastery.

So I just ask that everyone sticks to the forum rules -- no accusations or attacks, as not only do they breach the forum rules, they also give great ammunition to anyone who wants to use it for their own agenda.

In the meantime, I'll continue doing what I've been doing, but I'd be very happy to receive a reply from Simviation, and my invite to Peter Walker still stands.

Wiki leaks are doing the name and shame at the moment and the US govt are having a hard time stopping them ,id love to see one pirate bring down nzff with there false threats about nzff breeching some bullshet law they made up to tell admin here ..if it gets pulled im more than happy to host nzff for the next three years or so on my hosting , which is funny its same as the pirates hosting company justhost.com , youd be able to lay a complaint via them when the next peter wanke_r site opens ,i have a couple of websites names that all part of this pirate network ,am i aloud to post links to those ?

can the admins not just post the threats they are getting so the forum can see what is putting the forum at risk ?who is doing this why can we not have names if they are putting there names to there complaints ,i know they complain about anything i say seeing im not going to be nice about anything ,i mention a certain family and admin gets a nice little hate mail ,why arent they standing up for themselfs on the forum, instead they are hiding away little the scum they are ?

i have emails and docos,/ mail with there address and three illegal copyed DVDs with maybe the world textures on them in work format sent to me with some aerial imagery that turned out to be goggle rip offs ,lucky i seen the water mark and lucky they didnt see it before they sent it to me which now leaves us here at NZFF in a winning position ..

if there are any lawyers /cyber police from our NZ that would be interested in a cut a dry case you are more than welcome to have my evidence,i already have my old man in OZ doing something with them seeing he doesnt like PPls taking money outta his boys pocket which any non sale of Auckland does for me too ..

please get hold of me via PM or creator2003@nzff.org

Then it's up to us here on NZFF - or anyone that's dealt with Rob in the past to stand up and be counted. Votes of support and/or character references for Rob can be just that - no need to slag anyone off.

I just think it's all so sad. I've bought all of Rob's sceneries and enjoy them on almost a daily basis. They weren't expensive and - considering how much I use them - great value. There are still areas of NZ I'd love to see done/re-done, but it really isn't going to happen if people like Rob can't get at least something back for the 1,000s of hours they put in.
