I've just been up there so I was thinking about getting the RealNZ scenery.
Just a couple of q's.

Is there a custom textured runway and apron and can someone post some screenies of an airport overview and the CBD (well what you would call the CBD)

The CBD, i.e. Tauranga over the Bridge, doesn't really represent anything. The area around the airport, i.e. wharves and cranes etc was enhanced 100% by RealNZ but is still pretty sparse - I know as I'm out the door an a minute to drive past it.

The RealNZ site used to have heaps of screenies....I assume you haven't checked it out yet ?

Yes the airport is a fully custom scenery, with true to life apron, runways etc, and true to life custom photoreal buildings etc.
Well worth the money spent on it.
The port has some improvements and landmarks such as the cranes etc, but the CBD is pretty basic and sparse,..... no custom buildings there. I was actually thinking of doing a freeware CBD addon to fit the RealNZ Tauranga scnenery, as i live in Tauranga.

I have the Real NZ Tauranga scenery and also live here and believe me you will not be disappointed with this purchase its well worth the money spent.(It also comes with Rotorua as well.)
