Excludes

Can anyone recommend an exclude tool that will work with add-on scenery?
Excbuilder seems to only exclude default scenery, and I'd like to exclude the topo bridge right next to Kaipara flats AF and the agn trees on the Parakai Aerodrome runway in RealNZ Auckland.
I tried to use Sbuilder but wont start on my system-I get an "run-time error 62:input past file name"Â￾ error message, every time I try to open it.
