Exclude Objects

I was going to do a bit odf scenry editing today to make a scenery look a bit better and went to use ExcBuilder version 2.0 for FS2004.
What is missing is the Bglcomp.exe which it says is available from http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsi ... ds_sdk.asp
Went to the web address and its gone. So tried same idea using google and same result pointing me to that webpage.

Any places that have actually still got Bglcomp.exe housed on it? Without it the program is usless. Looks like Microsoft is forcing us over to FSX quicker than they did from FS2002 to FS9
