Good practice generally, applicable to VOZ in this instance as there is no GNZLAP NZAA.Kahu Project wrote:TIP# make a backup of your modified fsx NZ Afcad files as some of the GNZLAP files will place aircraft in buildings eg NZAA.
Nope no overlap there - astonishing example of trans-Tasman co-operation!Kahu Project wrote:.the only problem I have encountered was some of the doubled up title files between VOZ AI and GNZLAP

If you make a new folder in SimObjects then you need to add an entry to the FSX.cfg file. Heres a copy of mine
[Main]
User Objects=aeroplane, Helicopter
SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes
SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft
SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\GroundVehicles
SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\Boats
SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Animals
SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc
SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\Addon_airliner
SimObjectPaths.7=SimObjects\Addon_helo
SimObjectPaths.8=SimObjects\Addon_light
SimObjectPaths.9=SimObjects\Addon_military
SimObjectPaths.10=SimObjects\Addon_Warbirds
SimObjectPaths.11=SimObjects\AI_Aircraft
Note I have added several folders to enable me to sort out my add ons. The AI aircraft work fine in this way
