Abacus Flight deck 4 has a carrier for FSX that works although I don't know if its any good FD3 wasn't that good to me.

There is one used on the missions which is also avaliable for placment in other scenery

Flight deck 4's is not all that great, the model is ok but the catapult launch is not very realistic but I think the best for FSX, however with the new acceleration pack for FSX and that includes an F/A-18 there may be a chance of a carrier there.

I think someone built an Ark Royal for fs9 a while back, it looked pretty nice.
