After finding out from ZK-TJL last night that the default NZCH (FSX)does have airbridges ( mine were being disabled because of the Just Fight Traffic AfCAD ) I got them working today. But half of them aren't connected to a building they just hover in mid air does anyone else have this problem
If so I will create a quick fix for it (using abacus scenery placer) and upload it

Hmm, this doesnt sound right, as you would have seen in the FSX multiplayer screenshots they should sit normally, at least thats my experience with them anyway.
You dont have any third party add-ons for that area do you, perhaps AFCAD files?

So all your jetways connect to a building

I found that when I was in NZCH today, though I know for a fact that there's normally a building there in single player if you have your scenery up high enough (which I don't)

try without the J.F AFCAD. If it works and the AI aircraft land on the side(join the club) then edit the traffic files. I belive you can do that.

set scenery complexity to dense or above.(the one above autogen complexity)
and make sure all scenery is set to a dencent level, not very low

It's interesting because the airbridges are usually the first things to disappear depending on your scenery LOD, so if the bridges are appearing it suggests your scenery settings are already quite high.
This really does sound like a scenery clash somewhere, and one of the reasons I am loathe to install anythingt that is not FSX specific. Hope you get it sorted and can tell us what the reason was.

Well I got it sorted allright and Jon your not going to like it
The problem was caused by the NZFF scenery, I have tried everything and with NZFF on I get the NZCH problem NZFF off no NZCH problem
I will do further tests tomorow

Interesting, I'll have to take a look myself in that case, not that its an issue given the scenery is for a specific purpose so can be turned on and off as required. Be interesting to understand why it does that given Davids Taranaki didnt cause anything strange.
I'll be keen to know if others have had the same issue using NZFF.

I am just about to turn NZFF back on and see if I cycle it if that makes ay difference ( it's been on then off then back on )

that's interesting actually, because I installed NZFF just before I flew yesterday and noticed the lack of buildings at NZCH

Yep tried it again still NZFF
Here is my theory, FS only allows a certain abount of default buildings in one area, becuase NZFF, and NZCH both use default buildings one of them has to be zffected, NZFF has the higher priory so NZCH is affected

OMG, where have all my buildings gone at NZCH
Hmm, oh well, the problem is consistent if nothing else.

'all' is figurative, not literal. Half the terminal remains as do all the airbridges...
