Just had a look at another FSX demo video, this one based on the French VFR Alpes package. Very nice demo video, including some birds on the approach (the feathered kind that is!). Slowly getting convinced about FSX, especially after seeing this sort of quality so early in the FSX saga. Just need a new computer to run it on!!

Like you, slowly beginning to see some justification for FSX.
More will come in due course, I'm sure.
I do believe there was a bird strike on finals, there.
But that's about the only thing we haven't seen in FS9, the rest is purty but not startling. (Good mesh though)
