Changing names of Intersections

Hi all.
In FSX I was planning my route from NS to AA, hoping for the same route that we took in my Dash 8 cockpit trip (see thread: http://z11.invisionfree.com/nzff/index. ... topic=1136). We went from Nelson to Ohura VOR (OH), then to an intersection called POKOM which is near Raglan, then to Kings, which is another intersection. From Kings you can either go right for 23L or Left for 5R.

Anyway, when planning, I got past Ohura, and then I was stumped. Where was POKOM?! From my knowledge (mainly listening to ATC), POKOM is a major intersection for Turboprop IFR traffic, so why wasn't it there? In its place was an intersection called RAN.

I jumped on Google, and found out that RAN was renamed to POKOM in Nov 2005. MS obviously still had old nav fixes! POKOM is a few seconds of latitude and longditude from RAN, but they are basically the same thing.

Is there any way to change the RAN waypoint to POKOM? All I want to change is the name.
