Yes, I watched this yesterday, and it is spot-on. He certainly acknowledges what's great about it, but is very aware of the unfinished bits which seem to have been slapped on in the hope that they'll be fixed later.
I still love it, but I'm very aware that I won't be touching career mode again for at least a year. Luckily there's a lot to be had in free-flight.
