Posted: Tue Jul 08, 2008 5:29 pmI still run LOMAC occasionally - but find it curiously *sterile*. Falcon 4 - which is a gazillion years old by comparison, is full of action and atmosphere. Maybe it's to do with all the *ground* activity.
I was really keen to try Burning Cliffs, but I really don't want any STARFARCE crud on my PC, thank you very much. Why they can't release a fully patched version for distribution without that rubbish I just don't know (the *update* runs without Starforce, apparently).
So ... nice as it looks (and the 6DOF pit looks awesome) I'm a bit dubious about the thing. To be honest, I'm more excited by the imminent Freefalcon5
